Wow, this is weird lol. Hard to listen to. There are bunch of effects on the vocals. Reverb, Delay in some parts, and it deffinately has some weird pitch automation on it. Creepy Stuff. lol.

For my money though, this is a reversed vocal snippet loaded into a sampler and played at a few different pitches.
