Yes, but now it is Friday and I still have not got things I paid for over a week ago. And don't think there will be anything done during weekend. And what is worse: they even don't answer and say they are looking into it.

Sorry for your experience, as I am considering getting Spark also...However my previous experience with Arturia is all good in regards to purchasing Analog factory from someone here at KVR and having no issues with registering.rasmusklump wrote:Yes, but now it is Friday and I still have not got things I paid for over a week ago. Hope you hear from them soon!

Can I ask
Are you able to buy Spark from 'any' retailer and then benefit from the Hybrid Madness deal?
Or, do you have to buy it through the Arturia website?
Thanks

Arturia's customer service has been nothing but great for me. Sorry to hear about your trouble. On a side note I downloaded the last update for Analog Factory and to me it sounds even better. The addition of separate polyphony for each preset is brilliant.

That is what my retailer told me.
But so far support still has not answered and I still don't have the licence (although I have to add, that DennisArturia PMd me at KVR and gave me a new 15 day Demolicence) but I am getting angry and consider legal actions when nothing happens, as I am not allowed to return spark, as the software is already registered now.

I'm pretty certain this is resolvable and I'm sure Arturia don't want to diddle you out of your free V Collection.
Can I ask...the License card should be in the boxed version of Spark. Was this the case?
Is it the Activation Code that you're awaiting? This seems likely to be the only thing you would require which doesn't come with the Spark. The website says that this Activation Code is "delivered to you" (emailed I'm assuming). In which case, there could be delays (servers etc).

The activation code card was in the spark Box. And yes, the activation code (elicencer) is the thing I did not get.

I have had nothing but good customer service over the last 10 years from Arturia.Travst wrote:Their reputation for poor service did give me pause. Lack of proper response is a common complaint that I've read about many times.rasmusklump wrote:I did not miss it. I waited for it but it did not come.
I have fear of deleting the registration. In the end I can not register it again and than they have the excuse for not giving me the V collection at all.
There is no wait for the free instruments serial number, a drop down box appears as soon as you register, you could easily have missed it, it's just a small drop down selector after thank you for registering,
You can unregistered/reregister as often as you like, it will let you do it and it will give you your option to download the free software again.....

Hi all,
As soon as you have registered your Spark you should be able to see your V-Collection in your account page ("My Registered Products" section).
If you need help, you can PM me you email address then we will check this on our database.

Brilliant Kevin
Reckon I'm gonna get this now
Can I ask...is this Steinberg key below usable for Arturia Licenses?
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Steinberg-50200 ... 213&sr=8-1
It appears that there are 2 types of these out there. One with 'Steinberg' on them and one with 'eLicenser' on them. Some retailers list the product as a Steinberg Key with a picture of the eLicenser version, and vice versa.
Both appear to sync to the same eLicenser Control Server.
Any thoughts?

That's exactly what I needed to know. I'm gonna pick up a Steinberg one tomorrow.
Cheers for that.

Yes your license is on the dongle, and you need the code on the card. I think you still have to be connected to the net to finish reg. The nice this is the license is movable, and I put mine on the eLicenser I got with Nexus and it was pretty easy and painless. Re Arturia customer support : I had a monor question after I first installed and I got a response from a real person in less than 24 hours. Very nice and helpful too.
And again, loving the update to Analog Factory.
