This looks cool, and the audio examples sound good. Not sure if it would benefit me as I have Wusik and tons of sounds for it.

If the price is right though..why not?

Is this just ManyOne with a new sample library or has some work been done on the actual VSTi as well?

The upgrade fee to ManyOne Deluxe is for owner's of ManyOne Euro 59.00, and if you purchase until March 21 only Euro 39.00. Please submit your original purchase receipt via mail when ordering the ManyOne Deluxe upgrade.

You will get new download links then.
