All of a sudden Yellow Tools Independence lost the ability to locate its root folder, despite me following the prompts to reeestablish the link --so I tried to contact Yellow Tools. Apparently I had my account password wrong , and followed twice their prompts for them sending me the password. Twice they said they "had" emailed it to me-and twice it did not arrive. (I checked all of my spam filters repeatedly.) I then attempted to e-mail them directly with what had happened using their "support" form. Have received no response. Is this typical for these guys?

Yellow Tools are now run by Magix. Contact them.

Yellow Tools is the developper I've seen the most people complain about here. That might give you a clue...
