This thread is fascinating - spontaneous collaboration by three experts in their respective fields, for the good of everybody.
Just amazing and a shining example of when KVR is at its best. I'm impressed and grateful.

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

That's not the performance view I was thinking of... Those are the UIs for the scripts themselves. I was talking about a rollup view that can be placed on the main GUI, without having to hit the wrench icon, as one would do to edit the patch.AKJ wrote:the performance view is already there. Can't you see it? Which version of Kontakt are you using? (There are three tabs, one for each script. It opens with Humanizer by default)
cheers, akj

Once again, your efforts are much appreciated by all!!!Project16 wrote:I began to sampler "muted bass" with always five levels of swiftness, the sound of samples is good.
I shall post the next weekend four patches "muted bass".

Don't worry... by page 15 somebody will have already complained about something not doing something like some other sample library, and why can't AKJ port his patches to EXS, and I like the phat bass sounds from Diva better than these crappy Rickenbacker samples...Spitfire31 wrote:This thread is fascinating - spontaneous collaboration by three experts in their respective fields, for the good of everybody.

that's why I am asking what version you use. You do not have to press the wrench/edit button. The controls are already accessible from the main GUI. Ahh yes... I'm using 4.something... I'll have to check. Maybe the version I'm using on the lappy is old.AKJ wrote: that's why I am asking what version you use. You do not have to press the wrench/edit button. The controls are already accessible from the main GUI. Look:

Guys, your collective work is excellent and much appreciated. Thank you all so much.
My only request would be if it would be possible to update the first post with links for the various files to be downloaded, preferably with the date of each change/update. That way it would be easier to keep track of a work in progress and what the latest versions are.
Thanks again to all of you.

Good idea to keep the version updates up front. When P16 and AKJ bring the total set together somebody will have to package it up with a nice ribbon. Does anybody have some spare web bandwidth they'd like to donate? If not, I might be able to spare some...

We just expanded our Godaddy hosting disk space, so we've plenty right now and I'm happy to donate a few gig. Plex2 will get some company.

Please ignore my stupidity, AKJ... I must have clicked on the little instrument icon, which hides the front-end GUIkbaccki wrote:Ahh yes... I'm using 4.something... I'll have to check. Anyhoo, good stuff you two. Can't wait to hear the mutes, slides, FX, etc. patches sometime in the next couple of weeks.
Until then... to keep it in the bass mood around here, a juicy 6-string clip from my favorite Danish Mazzter of Bazzaster...

Awesome. Great job, once again! Having just a tiny bit of residual sustain in those samples also gives AKJ the opportunity to provide some user-controlled mute pressure via amp envelope if he wants. Or, at least have some flexibility w/ the mute portion of the mappings, rather than be totally stuck with totally dead mutes.

Wow, AKJ, gorgeous! Great work man, thank you very much! This is a really nice bass which I will be using instantly. It is really fun to see how things work out here.
