Most impressive?
So far?
AniMoog, but I don't own 'em all, so I'm not really qualified to answer.

Most impressive is a little hard to judge. Are you talking sounds, playability, controls, etc.?
I go through moods every day and some synths work better than others according to that mood.
Right now my interest lies in Geo Synthesizer whether playing the included J.R. sounds or triggering other iOS synths or PC VSTs via MIDI.
Tomorrow will be another day which I hope to find time to check out the Sinerise sound bank for my Sunrizer synth.
Good luck in your search.

My most impressive nod would go to Animoog too... It is just, well amazing what you can do with timbral x-y movement.
I have to also mention Nlog synth, which is IMO one of the most powerful and well-integrated synths(4 oscillators, FM, PWM, RM, 2 filters, 4 envelope groups, 4 LFOs, etc, etc...).
