Ok I've a silly question concerning all the crossgrade/discount stuff.

Does the crossgrade (I have Shreddage for example) stack with the current 'until May 31st' discount? Or is it 139$ either way?

Yes, the discounts can be combined, making the price a total of $99. Same goes for the acoustic guitar, when that's released and put on a re-introductory discount.
