iTunes not playing MIDI Files, even though Finder does

Just noticed that iTunes does not support playback of MIDI files anymore, "This movie requires Quicktime, which is not supported by this version of iTunes".

However, the MIDI file will play back just fine from Finder or Quicklook.

Any plugins I can install to get MID playback in iTunes?
