dude you need to give more than that. do you mean an already existing track or one that you want to sync to the beat? cause i need help with sync to the beat

Got the BPM of the pella ?
Then it's quite easy.

original tempo = 120
new tempo (= tempo of the track) = 90
timestretch factor = 90/120 = 0.75 (or 1.3333, depending how your host calls it)

Figuring out the BPM's if they aren't given is the hard part though imo.

1) Correct tempo
2) Correct sample rate set in DAW (or resample* the vocal track if preferred/needed)
3) Your ears

In that order

*resample used in it's proper term of changing the sampling rate of an audio signal

Exectlly, when I do a remix, lets say my acapella is 140 and my track is 128.
How can I sync the acapella to the track tempos ?

What have you tried so far? What DAW/software are you using? If you know the original BPM it's REAL easy ...

Im using Cubase, and if it was quite easy for me I wouldnt post this ...

and about Ableton i have tried it once, too compicated and hard for understanding..

lol, ableton live is like the easiest workflow ever! hah, i guess it seems a little intimidating when taking a look at it the first time. That's how I felt in the beginning, but it's really really producer friendly i think.

I agree ... I'd recommend downloading the free Soundcloud Lite version before the offer ends, if you don't have it. Live makes matching BPMs a doddle.

speaking of that, I've never really remixed any tracks, are there any tutorials that you would recommend for warping and syncing vocals to your bpm in ableton live? For example, I have a track at 126 bpm and I got some vocals at 88 bpm and when I put them to 126 bpm, they get all choppy and stuff, and I'm just looking for a way to fix that. Maybe stretching them or something, but at the same time keeping them clean like the originals. Thanks ahead of time!

Going from 88bpm up to 126bpm is going to be a problem with vocals. It's a big increase, so chances are it won't sound right whatever you do. You could try changing the vocal to 63bpm instead ...

open live
load original and acapella on 2 tracks
select both
warp original
the acapella will warp along it
consolidate/render the warped a capella with a known start point and tempo
done
