Hi,
It is time for me to upgrade my old P4 PC & Nuendo2. I already have the new PC Core2 Quad Q6600 with 16GB RAM. I am deciding for host sequencer at this moment between Magix Samplitude Pro-X and Studio One Pro 2, because I heard lot of positive feedbacks on them. I will be doing mainly orchestral works primarily using sample libraries like EWQL, Kontakt, etc. Which one would you recommend out of the two in terms of stability and reliability? Thanks. hc. |

Check out the Samplitude demo, and try loading up multiple MIDI objects for editing in one window.
Tons of flexibility. MIDI can be edited by track or object. Tracks as well as individual objects can be frozen and instantly rendered to audio. Kontakt is working great here, with easy setup of multiple outs and aux channel effects inserts. Check out Kraznets Samplitude tutorial channel on YouTube for further details. Greg |
