How do I go about installing Abelton live 8 and then 8 suite properly? I reformatted my computer so the authorization is all used up and I'm waiting for a response from the company.
I Moved the 3 files full of sounds from the regular 8 package into the daw, then the 2nd disc from the first package which is EIC won't even load up... Now with suite 8 I'm installing and I think it won't overwrite anything so do I delete the first package now? Also the sounds do I make a folder or just insert into daw? So confusing let me know. |

Download the latest Suite installer from Ableton, and run it. After installing you can un-install any previous version. Your Live Library should be in a separate folder.
BTW Why do you need so many DAWs? |
