what are we suppose to be able to say from a picture? It doesn't have gold connectors so it must not be good? (which I do not agree with)

Good for what exactly? I doubt it's particularly high quality, as it's very cheap (£2.75).

I wana get a descent cable from my audio interface to a reciever. This is the only cable i can buy in my country strange how it sounds. To me it looked like a cheap cable, thin wire and stuff.

Of course that's a good cable. It's in a halo.

"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

I used to have 1 for my novation synth, in fact Ive still got it now 10 years on, if its the same kind of quality, it will do you proud.

Can you suggest a descent cable? By brand and model?

I bought mine from a decent music shop, the only place different is the connectors for the quarter inch jacks were a bit more sturdier with a better plastic housing. For this money the cable is a steal. For £2-95 I would buy one and use the hell out of it to road test one, and if it survives some brutal use I would buy 1 or 2 more. I got a lot of cables quite some time ago but I did pay a fair bit, 10 years since. I still have them now with no problems although I have looked after them.

Cool, thanks! About the last one and first one, wouldnt it be too heavy for an audio interface?

Post

I don't see how they could be "too heavy" ... I'd go for one with shielding and a lifetime guarantee.

Post

I mean heavy on the connectors physicaly, the 1/4 inch looks very bulky.

the only time I see weight as an issue tbh is when someone is using the card that came with their computer and using the 1/8" jacks/plugs with adapters and such.

Thanks, Hink! So no accidental disconnections or any other troubles?
