The sooner the better, as that is mandatory. I just noticed the name discrepancy too, but I think we can live with that because I know you're trying to get that changed.

As it happens I just received an encoded file from a friend at S.E.T.I. that he's asked me to examine. He seems to think that there is a musical component to the transmission. If I can get it decoded I'll post it to see if you guys can help decipher it...
