MUX all the way!
It includes a drum module (a fantastic one by the way, better than many paid drum synths ), a sampler, synths and modular components for synth and effects design and you can load VST in it and use them in the modular flow.

It's at beta stage but very usable. It will cost some money when it reaches ver. 1.0 though.
I like this one, although I've not used it as much as I maybe should. It's a lot more intuitive than synthmaker - it's pretty obvious how to set everything up.

I used to use buzz a lot, but if you're looking for something to integrate well with other apps, buzz isn't/wasn't all that great. It's really a host that takes a modular approach, rather than a modular synthesizer.

Where can I find this?

MuLab is at the top of the KVR news right now, I think that's what he meant, I haven't downloaded it, I don't know how it works.

Mutools offer two main products: Mulab and MUX.
Mulab is a nice and very effective DAW which uses the MUX as it's underlying structure.
MUX is now available as VST (beta stage). It's the modular environment i stayed with after i tried Reaktor and SM. It's simple to use yet very powerful.

MUX beta: http://www.mutools.com/mux/cedar/
and http://www.Mutools.com for docs and further info.

With bazille is there a timeout at the end of the year then? When people say free, they mean - "free till end of the year after which you better hope to have bounced all previous project midi"?

Its not a criticism, its just Im still unsure whether the plan is -

Beta - free

After Dec Full version becomes available which you will have to buy.

Or

Beta - free till December but then automatically stops working.

Im guessing the 2nd makes more sense, but Im always worried then Ill have invested alot of time into a synth I mightnt be able to afford when I comes out.

This. Mainly because there is huge support for this synth around the web. Many, many patches available to reverse engineer here:

and there are also a couple of extensive tutorials around one of which is:
