Specifically the 16 out. It scanned and hung and I closed and repeated this several times. (This is the Win 7 64 bit)
I thought I'd have to put in a ticket to Sony, but after 4 attempts, it finally opened. All the other NI synths and FX are there, but Kontakt is nowhere to be seen. Just a heads up, and wanting to know if anyone else had this problem. |

No need. It's banned. On topic, I guess I didn't realize you could open VST instruments in Sound Forge! I thought it handled VST effects only. ---- "Be excellent to each other." Dax IX (Music) | Ambient Online Cubase 7, A Few VSTi, Win8 Pro 64, AMD FX-6100, 32GB RAM, 3.25TB total HDD, SSD |

I have version 9 of SF, and in a quick check of the listed plugins saw only VST effects (no VSTis). Note that some VST instruments (such as Predator) also provide effects versions of the synths that process incoming audio. I believe that those come in as VSTs (not VSTis). NI has a couple, including Reaktor itself. Those probably 'would' show up. |
