Bitwig Beta Hands On Preview
That is awesome!! Sounds like they developed a powerful framework to create custom modules. That alone is a killer feature[...]What's really interesting is that all these instruments and effects have been built using Bitwig's native modular system, which will be released in a future version.[...]

They seem quite exited about it.
The expectation surrounding the new Bitwig sequencer/DAW is is building almost as fast as the software itself is being built. Comparisons with Ableton's Live are also being made due to the inclusion of clip launch features, but after seeing it in the flesh myself yesterday when we were visited by Dominik from Bitwig, it's clear that there's so much more to it.
What is clear is that a lot of careful thought and work has gone into it's creation. We're are waiting to get an idea of how much it's final price will be and when exactly it will be released, but I do know the team are working hard to get to that point.
They seem quite exited about it.
