Greetings all So heres my story, I sold my Reason 6 licence just recently and decided to stick with my VSTi/VST plugins and Live 8. I liked reason, but the sound just didn't do it for me, and by the time they got those Rack Extensions I was already kind of over my affair with reason, so it didn't make me wanna stick around any longer. I feel more like I'm a kid in a candy shop with all these incredible Circuit modelled VST plugins like DIVA, Synthsquad, etc Anyways definitely gonna be sticking to the VST world from now on |

If you have none but want to debate something, then "hosts" or "Everything else" might be a better choice. However you still have to state a question or a topic to be debated if you want to make sense. |

Welcome to KVR, Xaviero2012. 'Getting Started' sounds like as good a place as any to introduce yourself to the forum cranks. Seeing as you've already been dumped on for being friendly, you're well on the way to being initiated as a veteran member here. Just remember when you look into the VST abyss, it looks back into you and your bank account. Enjoy the ride! |

Good luck with that! I did exactly the opposite from you because I'm fed up of the unstable and fragmented VSTi world. |

Better. But At KVR that would be "insert favorite analog synth here" and the right forum would be "instruments". Anyway, just learn the unwritten rules of KVR and you will be about 90% safe around here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=343204&highlig ht= The last 10 % you can never secure yourself against due to misinterpretations, trolls, chance and the moods of Mods. That was not for being friendly, but for dismissing Reason. I'll get the bastard for being friendly on another appropriate occasion. Promise. |

I left reason for ableton live.
Thanks for the warm welcomes from everyone else! I will hopefully try to not step on others feet around here by bringing up reason anymore. Also about Rebirth songs, I've not used it in many years.. I remember they had a rebirth museum where you could get songs but other than that I don't know sorry. Last edited by V0RT3X on Wed Mar 13, 2013 2:26 pm; edited 1 time in total |

Chiming in to say I'm going from Logic/Ableton to Reason. But I'm not converting or anything, just another DAW I'll be using depending on my mood. I've been using the demo for a few weeks and the work flow agrees with me, so I'm giving it a purchase. Worst case is I just resell it for the same price I bought it for, which is super cheap. |
