Hi everyone,
I've noticed this in all the versions of FL Studio i've used, but it stopped for awhile and i'm stumped. Right now I have 8 drum tracks and 3 instrument tracks, sometimes when i'm playing the drums back so I can improvise over the top while writing a tune it suddenly changes track from the instrument i'm playing to track 1 or 3 and I have no idea why? Is this a known issue? I've turned the typing keyboard off (As I never use it) and it still does it, usually when i'm pressing a chord or playing 4-5+ notes at the same time. Anyone else have this issue? Chris youtube.com/user/zoolook3264 |

Are you using an external controller? If so, sounds like you might have something mapped that's causing the track change. |

AFAIK a MIDI program change message will switch the active channel, so try looking for that |

Hi there,
Thank you all for your tips, i'll give them a shot this evening and see if it fixes it. Just as a side note (Might be important?) using the Kore 2 controller as my MIDI Input oh and I never (Knowingly) recorded any MIDI changes. Need to look into how to view MIDI changes and things in FL Studio, as i'm usually just hitting record and going rather than manually entering changes. Chris |
