That C&V SDX is pretty comprehensive. Some great sounds in that set for sure. My next track features a totally different "kit"

Which one?

The guitar parts at the beginning are my Ibanez Gio through Pod Farm2.

The guitar at the end is Independence Free Power Chords Combi and Cabinet

Not sure how I missed seeing this up to now - really enjoyed listening, the track takes you on quite a journey! I particularly liked the more aggressive guitar sounds near the end.

dig, cool, hip, cats. These terms are all acceptable in Jazz vocabulary.

For instance, upon seeing a particularly groovy Jazz combo:-

"Dig that really cool rhythm section. Those cats must be joined at the hip"

I like the tune. It's quirky but not strange, it is not too serious but grave enough, and it changes like a kaleidoscope. There is a progression that goes from light to dark through out the song but there is always a background of ominous in it. I could see a detective themed video clip to it; something that gradually makes us understand that things are not what they seem. The title is perfect.

Thanks very much for checking this out. Glad you liked it. I love making these anachronistic pieces. I usually try to mix up the sounds in my tracks so that maybe a '70s sound appears with a '90s-style trance synth backing over a rock beat, or something similar. With this one I went for a jazzy feel with some trance/ambient sounds and then threw the guitars on there.

I like the detective movie symbolism. Cool
