not that it was all that big of a deal to add another 6" gooseneck (my last one though) which I bought cheap, I still have another flange somewhere about the place so I had that covered, and plenty of mic cables.

This is not set up to use but to show, I can remove any gooseneck and have the mic up in the attic if I want. As you can see space is limited so one combo that might not work is a large dia condenser (I have 3) with a dynamic and the ribbon mic. But I can use a condenser in place of the ribbon though and that mic cable has a right angle plug so it has more room to move it about. Of course I added the foam to the existing insulation and the bottom is about 1/3 full of foam stacked up.

One thing about the Jet City that should be noted is that the jacks, mic cable/plug and gooseneck that came with it a were pure garbage. But given the next reasonable option above a Jet City is the Rivera at 1000 bux (compared to 329 for the Jet City) with less than 50 more (not counting mics of course) for mods this isn't a bad way to go and it sounds great (but I can tweak that too)

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.
