Zebra for me too, does it all really. Few synths do better drum sounds for example.
But nice to see so many mentions of VAZ Modular. Considering it was made last century it's quite remarkable that it's still able to stand its ground so well. |

The smart answer is Reaktor because then you'd have many wonderful synths to play with and when you got bored, you could try and build one yourself. |

I thought the smart answer was "screw you, OP, I'll buy as many damn soft synths as I want...hardware, too." |

If you put aside samplers and romplers/simili romplers etc, wich can import samples, so just specific synths, PolyKB II or FM8.

Nexus. With all expansions I got to it there's really no need for anything else. |

DCAM, because I feel like I still haven't explored 10% of what it's capable of.
Or is that cheating. |

I'm pretty sure your reply is supposed to be a joke, but... I honestly WOULD choose Fabfilter One. I absolutely love that synth! SynthMaster, no doubt.
@standalone well, if synths are like women it also stands to point that no matter how beautiful she is, somewhere, someone in the world is sick of her shit |

If allowed to choose something like the Reaktor, I'd choose U-he Komplete Otherwise I had to choose the Omnisphere for it's huge amount of sound sources. The other favorite is Synthmaster, which is truly a desert island synth with great sound quality. Plus tons of samples including the Galbanum waveforms. |
