About a week ago I ordered a bunch of drum libraries from The Control Centre. Since that I haven't heard from them, and I haven't been able to find a contact address for them. Any ideas?

I know it's probably a single guy outfit and I'm not worried about being ripped off or wanting to draw attention to what's probably a simple mistake, but I would like to have my stuff

I'm fairly sure I've seen the guy post here before. I'll look thru the archive tomorrow if nothing appears by morning.

His KVR name is "thecontrolcentre". You could send him a PM.

BTW, it's possible that he is in vacation as there is no post by him since August 7th.

Just bumping this to say, it's been about three weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything, nor have I been able to find out any contact info for the guy that runs the control centre website.

I have messaged his forum alias, but presumably, he hasnt been able to read it as it's still in the unread pile.

Normally, I'd be like "whatever" if it was just a few pounds but this was a fair amount of money I spent. I'm guessing something's happened to him/them as it's been coming up for a month now.

Has anybody bought anything from these guys recently or at all? I'd appreciate any insight on the matter. The fact that there is no contact info at all on their site is a bit chilling.

I'll vouch for Dave, I don't have his email address handy but I could pm it to you later if you need it. You can also send an email to him through his KVR profile, maybe he doesn't get a notification of pm's, but the email option sends it directly to his email address.
Hope he's alright and just having a vacation.

The Control Centre is reliable, there must be something happening. He post frequently on the forums & most of the time he's easy to reach. I'm sure you'll get your stuff soon.
