Key feature of this arpeggiator - is a matrix editor, which allows to program patterns like in step sequencers. I took the main idea from the arp in Novation Nova synthesizer and added my experience with other arp's.
It's completely free. Beta-version (win32 VST dll) available here (updated 07-Apr-2013): http://www.graywolf2004.net/files/BlueARP_v1.11rc7.zip Intro and demonstration: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CB8aCeFsilM Yet tested it only in FL Studio (update: Ableton, Reaper, etc.). Important points: - arp starts playing only whrn the sequencer is running, otherwise just passes the notes thru (fixed in v1.08) - to make it work, it's midi out should be connected to either VST or hardware synth - drag the control (blue box with value) up or down to adjust the value - you can use parameter "input range" for keyboard-split performances Looking for feedback, bug reports, interesting ideas, etc. Let's discuss! Thanks all for feedback! Looking forward for more opinions and ideas If you try it, please report your DAW and OS ver. I tried just in FL Studio 10, Win7 x64. manducator wrote: Will there also be a native win 64-bit version?
I didn't think of it yet. Is it a performance issue or compatibility issue? Performance-wise it should't be a problem, since it's very low on CPU. Are there any problems with x32 plugins in x64 DAW's? |

Sold! The GUI is oldschool, and it offers a bit more than KIRNU. Only problem I will have: no mac port. Else - it's on my "to try" list for the coming weeks. |
