I tested the demo version, I do not know how a "multi out" in Fl studio .
(I proceed the same way with all vst).

Are you sure it's multitimbral?
I don't see any midi channel settings in this screenshot:

Yeah, but multiple audio output channels isn't the same as midi channels...
