Unless I am seeing it wrong your prices are a fair bit higher than the other 3 online retailers who are discounting Waves plugins even with your 10%. Is there perhaps a bigger discount I'm not seeing w/o having to buy multiple products? As for the member thing - all you do is either input a code or create an account to be a member at the other sites. Wouldn't you have to create an account at dontcrack to buy something too? Seems the same as being a member to me. I might be wrong, but our prices are right there in the same ballpark as the others guys, if not lower. Then if you want you can add the great new Puremix tutorials that we just partnered with: http://store.dontcrack.com/index.php?manufacturers_id=80 They start at just $7 and will help you get the most out of your new purchase, and with that small investment you get a further 5% off your new plug-in purchase, add more and save more, it doesn't have to be a $500 reverb. You can go right up to 20% any way you want with anything you want. The point about membership is you don't have to give your email or join anything to know what the secret prices are. We only ask for an email when you have reached the final step. So it is just a calculator you need. Why make it hard, when it can be simple? |

..trust me, you don't want that! Can't believe Waves is still selling this since there are freeware plugs FAR more superior. Was referring mainly to the limiter and not the ultra-maximizer. You get both with the deal, so I'm not sure if it's so clearly "trust me, you don't want that!" |

^ dunno what to say.. every time I tested it sounded obviously very harsh (at least to me) and others sounded much better by comparison. TB Barricade , Ozone, L2 even Maxwell Smart ... all sounded way better and I'm not talking about the subjective character of each.
I assumed that the L1 ultramax sounds more or less the same with L1 without really testing it. Now I don't know how important the IDR dither would be.. but every DAW should have pro dithering incorporated... "trust me, you don't want that!" I usually never make comments like this... but at least IMO, L1 sounds bad. Definitely not the case with L2 for example. |

Got my stuff from Wavesuniverse. Very nice and quick guys, they created for me a custom product for my WUP and it needs not very long (also because of the big server problems at Waves this time) that my WUP was updated in my account and to get my activation code for a new product mailed.
Highly recommended Waves re-seller. |

Seems Waves universe have the lowest price for the "classic compressors" bundle(cla2 etc)
Purchased it, im in Canada and W-U is in florida, hope i won't have any problems(i payed with paypal) I'm eager to see if Wave's version are as good as the Hardware. gonna be doing an A/B test with the rented hardware they allegedly emulate. ---- If your plugin is a Synth-edit/synth-maker creation, Say So. If not Make a Mac version of your Plugins Please. ...everyone is out to get me!!!!!!! |

3ee wrote: every time I tested it sounded obviously very harsh I agree, it breaks easily and is harsh if cranked up, but could be still useful as a track limiter shaving dB or two off, it doesn't use CPU more than pocket calculator. Although I was considering it for the dither which IMO is the best (maybe Ozone MBIT+ is closely as good). |

Highly recommended Waves re-seller. Thanks for the kind words. We realize not everyone had such a smooth experience, but it wasn't for lack of effor. Waves systems were just hammered. |
