I have Chrome on the iPhone.
Go to KVR, put two fingers on the display, pull them away from each other - done.
Called "pinch and zoom", I believe.

@aMUSEd - how has this worked for you - any crashes? The reviews on the App Store are terrible. Granted, it's only $0.99, but I want to be sure it works a little, at least. Thanks!
