Thanks for the feedback... we feel we are improving all the time and learning what our customers want more and more.
The how to make series is really more about showing as many different techniques as possible in the rough building blocks of a track. The idea is you use those techniques to create something original yourself as opposed to just copy it from start to finish which is why some of them sound a bit disjointed by the time we get to the end. although ones like the Dutch house which is 7 hours long sounds a lot closer to release ready. To build completely finished commercial tracks would take many more hours to sculpt than the 3-4 hours of the tutorials and i dont like to brush over topics as it can be confusing if you are trying to follow along I have thought about going back to a few and doing a full mixdown on them like i would my own stuff. Maye now is a good time to do it. |
