"It's Paradise" is a new, old song. I wrote it over 10 years ago, I just never recorded it. I used Sonar X2 just for the Mix down. X1 for the most part. First I time I used X2 for any thing. Please let me know what you think. It's 80 in chicago today.

this is one of my bigger favorites from you.
do you have reverb on those 'violin/string' parts? if so, maybe back off on the reverb a tad? when those string parts ease out entirely (2:05-ish), the remaining mix is clear. when those strings are going, the mix seems to 'clog up' a bit.
...maybe there's some kind of competition between the piano/strings? maybe it's a clash of reverbs? idk ymmv
