Hey guys,

I have read the support pages at Waves, but I can't quite figure out how the licensing for Waves plugins works these days--I know it uses the License Center application, but how many activations does one get? Is it just a single activation, or can I do activations on multiple computers?

Any other BS I should know about, or is it all pretty simple and user-friendly?

With H-Delay on sale for $40, I think I am going to have to cave, as it is probably my my all-time favorite delay plugin. And once I buy one Waves plugin, I know there will be more following. :) H-EQ also looks pretty interesting, although lord knows I already have enough EQ options.

Anyway, any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If you save your licenses onto a USB-stick you can obviously use it on any computer the stick is attached to. Saved locally it's only that computer I guess. It's a bit like with the Steinberg key - just better.

I find the system rather easy to use.

Really simple, Just like Plugin Alliance, Next easiest way for me personally after iLok. I hate hassle so just fwiw I find it doesn't/has not frustrated me once

All the best and hope that helps, I'm sure there will be user's with a lot more to say than I do :)

If u save locally, before you want to use another computer, put the license back in the cloud and then onto another machine that way.

All in the video really, much easier than wordy explanations

Ah, thanks for pointing that out. I had been to that page a few times, but my script blocker prevented the video from showing, so I didn't realize it was there. I will watch it!

Thanks for the input, everyone. Much appreciated!
