I'm having problems downloading Sylenth1

Purchased the full version of Sylenth1 last Saturday, got an email confirming my payment last Wednesday. I was emailed the links to the different OS versions, user/pass, instructions, and a license.dat file. Went to get the 64 bit version and entered the user/pass part, went through and the download button comes up. I press OK and once it started downloading, it automatically halted for some reason. "Sylenth164.zip has stopped downloading". Contacted customer support the same day and have tried the things they've mentioned. Clearing temp cookies, downloading the file on a different browser, downloading it on different computers, and even downloading the Win-32 bit version. I'm having no luck at all... the file just automatically stops downloading right when it starts. I'm getting really frustrated because it's been 2 days since I sent them the last email and I haven't had a response since. I've emailed to check if they have a similar problem downloading the file because it's probably on their server end or something.

Can anyone please help me out here? What's going on? I really want to start using the full version of this program and I don't want to have to ask for a refund! I've been trying every day to download it and I still get the same problem.
