Upgrading from Live 9 to Suite 9

I currently have Ableton Live 8 or am planning on upgrading to Suite 9, mainly for Max for Live (as to just get live 9 and Max for Live is only $50 cheaper than suite). I was thinking of getting live 9 first (so that i could learn it as there have been some changes) and then getting suite (i already have Komplete 9 so i'm not hurting for instruments or sounds), however the Ableton shop does not let me see the price for upgrading from live 9 to Suite 9, and i cannot find it anywhere online. So does anyone know the price of upgrading from live 9 to suite 9, and could they tell me?
