Analog Laboratory general tune issue

Hello,
I bought a Analog Experience The Laboratory keyboard 61 keys.
I really like it, however there's an issue in the software I can't figure out.

The general tune is always set on -1 when I open the software (both stand alone and inside a DAW).

Can you help me fixing the issue?
