Producer Pack = edm sample distributor (run by DJ Jeremy Sylvester)
I've joined Producer Pack last year as a sample provider and in the beginning everything went well (they paid on time).
But after some months they only paid after sending reminders and emails.
Since September 2012 they've paid nothing. Reminders will be ignored, emails only sometimes answered with apologies and empty promises.
So i've removed all my products there today, i'm sure i'm not the only supplier waiting for his money.
This is really really a sad story... even more so if they're not able to tell you any reason for their inactivity...

What a surprise: Producer Pack blocked me on Facebook!
And if i write to Urban Dubz on Facebook they answer: "u need to take this issue with producer pack and stop posting shit"
Oh it's "shit" if you're posting the truth?!
They act like they have nothing in common with Producer Pack but:
1. Jeremy Sylvester is the label boss of Urban Dubz.
2. Producer Pack and Urban Dubz are in the same building (maybe in the same office room).
3. Both domains are registered to Jeremy Sylvester.

Too bad to hear this, hopefully everything will be resolved soon. It's a tough competition in sample biz I guess, but they should definitely act more professionally and explain if they are having problems. They carry a lot of products from different producers, I'm sure you're not the only one having problems then. As a side note, Jeremy Sylvester made some awesome house music in the 90s ..
circuit modeling and 0-dfb filters are cool

I've had the exact same problem, everything ran smoothly first off but since July last year my constant emails & invoices have been totally ignored, and Ive recieved no payments even though Ive had sales each month totalling about £100.
I contacted Jeremy Sylvester directly via facebook, suprisingly,i got a really prompt reply, very polite and apologetic with a promise it will be sorted out ASAP.The day after I recieved an email from Yasmine(Site content manager)promising the same. That was January, since then its gone back to them ignoring me again.
Now i can't even access the site....there really is no wonder why some people struggle to earn even a small amount of money in the music industry nowadays is there!!!!!!

Just stumbled upon this.......
http://www.rightbiz.co.uk/buy_business/ ... lands.html
I'm about to contact Jeremy via F/B about outstanding payments to suppliers so I'll post the reply here(if i get one that is)...
looks like they won't be paying anybody, unless whoever buys it is willing to pay everyone.....more chance of gettin a blowey off the pope I'd say!!!!!

Their promises are worth nothing.julzblusky wrote:I contacted Jeremy Sylvester directly via facebook, suprisingly,i got a really prompt reply, very polite and apologetic with a promise it will be sorted out ASAP.The day after I recieved an email from Yasmine(Site content manager)promising the same. That was January, since then its gone back to them ignoring me again.
This is funny, because Jeremy told me the company was sold in 12/2012 to an investor.julzblusky wrote:http://www.rightbiz.co.uk/buy_business/ ... lands.html
Nobody wanted to buy his "company" for £35.000, even for £5.000 nobody wants it:

Of course when you keep 100% and don't payout the suppliersThe profit margins are excellent.

Cheers for the tip wildfunk,i made a brief report on 'ripoff report'(good site) and started leaving messages wherever possible,if I bombard him from all angles hopefully it'll do his head in enough to get his hand in his pocket.
The ebay ad made me smile, auction ended with a total of 0 bids!!!with a £30 grand discount at that.If it gets any lower i could always offer him a straight swap for the money he owes me!
Oh,Ive found out he's got another sample pack site up and runnin now called MAN.v.LOOPS,making sales via Tradebit....Might be wise to check if anything of yours is on there...
http://manvloops.com/
Apparently he's also skanked Fox Samples out of a few hundred dollers too I bet the list is endless,I'll point them towards the ripoff report site
Thanks again
Julz

Of course he leaves no single word in the auction text about the debts/believers.julzblusky wrote:The ebay ad made me smile, auction ended with a total of 0 bids!!!with a £30 grand discount at that.If it gets any lower i could always offer him a straight swap for the money he owes me!![]()
Looks like he offers only his own samples & loops there. He got time for that but no time to pay his suppliers. Either he won't or can't pay.julzblusky wrote:Oh,Ive found out he's got another sample pack site up and runnin now called MAN.v.LOOPS,making sales via Tradebit....Might be wise to check if anything of yours is on there...
I sell the packs also on my own website and via another distributor. No problems so far. I see no reason to give up or change the business just because of one black sheep.garden of aden wrote:another prove that you better supply to free communitys (at least only charge you transactional/operational costs) or even btter try it on your own via forums like kvr etc.
