It's 30% off according to the link.

For the chronically lazy, use the code HOTINHERRE at the checkout for 30% off.

When I finally found the plugins (there didn't seem to be a link from the blog) I clicked on 'Add to cart' for Dubstation and it gave me a 404 - this was in Dragon (Comodo Chrome clone).

When I tried to buy it in Internet Explorer, it just reloaded the page.

Guess I'm going to have to fire up some more browsers...

I just tried to buy Kombinat too and it behaved exactly the same way in both browsers - Dragon giving a 404 and IE reloading the page.

Replicant does exactly the same thing.

Chrome seems to be working. Weird, Dragon is a Chrome clone. Oh well. ;-)

I'm using Nightly and everything worked fine here ! Got Bitcom, Automaton and Phosphor.

Ein Superangebot!

Well, paypal wouldn't accept my password, funny coz I used it a couple of hours earlier to buy Drumatic. So I had to find my card and input all the numbers. What a trauma. And why are we forced to give a phone number? That's a bit fascist New World Order. Oh well...

:)

Just got Replicant. No idea what it sounds like. I hadn't even seen it before half an hour ago. Is it any good? f**ked if I was going to go trawling through all those plugins...

Seemed like a pretty interface and anyone who uses the Amen break for their demo obviously knows what they are doing.

:D

Just don't use Dragon or Internet Explorer.

Gosh, I feel so silly and I hate to ask really, but um, er, I don't know how to put this but after it taking me so long to find the Audio Damage site and then taking so long to actually buy the thing and now, I have this, er, little problem.

Now, I've logged in a couple of times and I've used FOUR browsers, and you will think me half-witted, but I, er, I don't know how else to put this, I can't, um, find where to download the plugin I just bought.

There, I've said it.

Any one have any ideas? I've checked my mail and no direct links.

Talk about an impulse purchase, buying a plugin that you never heard of or saw before and then, after jumping through all the hoops like a good little doggie, you can't download it from anywhere.

Golly, I do feel a bit of a chump.

:)

I suppose we'll sort it out in a couple of days. All that remains to be seen now is if they blaze my name across the front of the plugin in bold neon green letters. Everyone else seems to these days... With my address and Telephone Number flashing just to make sure we all get it.

:hihi:

Well after you logged in it should say in the top left corner "Hello %username%". Click on your username and the site with your orders and the downloads and serials should appear.

Hey Codec, you should have created an account to the Audio Damage website right ?
Sign in by clicking on the "Login?" at the top left corner of the homepage of the site. Once you'll be logged you'll see your first name replacing the "Login?". Click on it and you will reach a page where all your licenses are displayed with blue download links "VST WIN" "AU/VST OSX". Click on them and that's it !

Well I just figured it out.

Got a link, but unfortunately, I 'broke the internet' again.

Don't worry, I shall persevere.

Let's fire up another browser and log in again.

Well I just fired up another browser - Waterfox this time.

I logged in to my email. I followed the cryptic link and no, it still won't let me download.

I go back to my browser and I click on the very same link again.

Eureka. For some reason it worked this time.

A link. Does it work? Will I break the internet if I click it?

Oh sweet joy, victory is mine!

That wasn't hard was it, for an impulse buy?

Funny thing is, I was just about to go back and buy Dubstation, but now I don't think I'll bother. I would like to, but I just don't have another hour or so to execute the transaction.

And I'm not even going to mention the things that we are not allowed to mention.

So I won't. But I will just say this: once again, people that pay for their software are punished, and those that steal their software get an easy ride.

I feel like I just lost a couple of pints of blood.

Just a suggestion or two:

Could you please say what browsers are compatible with your ecommerce software?

And could you please give a purchasing/download guide?

It would take you 10 minutes to knock up and it would have saved me over an hour.

Sorry, I never bought anything from you before and what with the registration process and being forced to give a phone no. plus your software not working with a few of my browsers and the lack of instructions when I finally got to make my payment, it doesn't make me want to jump back and buy anything off you in the future. But eh, it's probably just me.

cheers.

Thanks a lot. That worked. No one told me that you see, so I didn't know.

It would have been pretty easy information to include.

Cheers for letting me know.

I did create an account yes. I had to before I could buy.

I did login, but I just didn't realise I had to click on the name.
I don't know of any other site that makes you do this to see your account or downloads. There are no other indicators. And for someone that touts themselves as a 'User Interface Designer' I personally think it is a poor show.

I can be hired as a User Interface Designer Consultant, but I think I just gave away the farm.

A five line .txt file of how to buy/register/download would have saved all this.

Anyway, no worries, I may sound bitter now, but in five minutes time I will have found something else to be bitter about, and in 24 hours I probably will be evangelising about how this plugin is amazing.

:D

I love Dr. Device. It is a bucket-brigade delay with a resonant filter, distortion, and a bit crusher in the delay loop. It has a simple way of automating the parameters by setting "pucks" in motion. It doesn't look like much but it's great.
