I need something that will take a sample of lets say me saying something like "One" in the Pitch Middle C and transpose it to all other 11 tones in a octave.
and then allow me to export the 12 files as wave.

what would work for this?

Any sampler software and DAW.

Load in your single sample. Set it to map across all 12 notes of an octave.

Set it to trigger once per MIDI note event.

Record the output to audio of you simply playing all 12 notes in the scale. Export to .wav

Use your DAW audio edit function to snippet out the 12 different events. Resave each snippet as a new .wav

Done.

Why do you need that? Isn't that what a sample player is supposed to do?
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated. Image
My MusicCalc is served over https!!

what DAW are you using? live has simpler, logic has EXS24.. i'm sure DP and cubase and fruity loops and every other DAW has some kind of simple sampler that will do exactly what you are asking

8)

then just record an octave of it and export it

That's what I was thinking - but he said he wanted to save the results.

Take Highlife sampler http://www.discodsp.com/highlife/ load another Highlife sampler inside it, open wave in second one, then in first sampler set low/high notes and step, then hit freeze, then file/export to wavs, done.

edit: highlife is free for windows/linux btw.
