what Host has the best Audio Quantize features?

Post

Try demoing a few. Almost any modern DAW has some form of audio quantized under different names. Live has Warp, Reason calls it audio quantize, Reaper has stretch markers, Logic has their flavor, et cetera. What's best depends on the user more than the host.

When I used to use SONAR, I was particularly fond of AudioSnap. It wasn't too well documented back then, but I imagine it's pretty polished by now. You could quantise audio to midi, or vice-versa.

Ableton is the best for that imo. The only one I can't compare it to is Cubase, as I've never used it.

Quantize, Pitch and Warping are where Ableton beats any other DAW imo. But I don't use it anymore, as I'm on S1 these days, and before that I used Logic.

Prolly, try the demo and see if you like Abe's workflow.
