Hey everyone. I am new to this forum.
Sorry if I'm breaking any forum rules but im not quite sure yet about how things work around here.

anyway, I recently upgraded to Live Suite 9.
since i upgraded i cannot use my UC33e controller with it. the controller simply does not appear in the Midi & Sync section in the Options menu.
However, when I open live 8, the controller is listed and WORKING.

I would love an explanation/solution to the situation because i cannot live without the UC33e and at the same time cannot give up on all the benefits that live 9 offers.

Help much needed and much appreciated !!

Thats odd. The UC33e is listed as being natively-supported by Live 9.

Sorry if i was not clear enough. I meant it is not listed as an input.
It is native to live, but for some reason i am not able to choose the device as a MIDI input.

Yotam, you might try dragging your preferences file within the Library to the trash & then re-starting & re-setting all your prefs

Same here.
Didn't knew it still works in Live 8, but yeah it does.
Not in Live 9

Check if you have installed the latest drivers from M-Audio for midi. If it's version 5.x something.

I had issues before doing that - not quite as you describe - but a longshot anyway.

In my case daw lost contact with midi port and had to be restarted - evaluating Studio One f**ked up port alltogether and computer had to be restarted etc.
