Reaper + Reaktor question

Hello, my friends

I'm using Reaktor 5 as a VST in Reaper v4.402.
There are 2 tracks: one with a audio file sent (via sender) to the second track with Reaktor acting as the reciever.

In the Reaktor ensemble I have a mixer module. The problem is, when I put all the mixer faders down (in Reaktor), a small amout of signal passes through, i.e., Reaktor's mixer is not cutting completely the signal.

Any tips about what's happening?

Since no one answered, let me put the question in another way... is it normal, in Reaper, when using a "send" to have par of the signal to be routed to the master?

Note that I've disabled send from first track to the master, in the original track (Master/parent send unticked).

No.

If you disable the "send to parent" option in the send dialog, and then just send that track's output to another track, then there is no "bleed" or "crosstalk". If you mute the audio on that track you send it to, then nothing should be audible.

Maybe you have the wet/dry knob of the Reaktor FX turned down a little? When you open the GUI of Reaktor, at the top right should be a simple little rotary knob, check that it is completely turned up. If you turn that knob down just a little, the wet Reaktor signal will be reduced and some dry non-Reaktor signal will pass through... so when you mute the audio in Reaktor, there would still be some audio coming through, just like you described.

Can't think of anything else at the moment.

That top button you've mentioned is on the 100% wet.

Maybe the problem is in Reaktor, altough, in standalone mode, everything works fine.

Try adding Reaktor on the same track. If there's no routing, it should be easier to detect where the problem comes from.
