I stated these questions in the plugin discount thread, but because none seemed to find out the questions, I establish a new thread just for the Antares Harmony Engine Evo (Evo) features.

For those who have tested/used the plugin:

1) How to open the factory presets (!). Although these are presented in the manual, for some reason I have not found out how to open the harmony/voice parameter factory presets - either I'm blind or this is the one point where my Live 8 won't support the Evo.

2) Routing: I'm able to devide the different harmony voices to different audio output channels (for post effecting) but the logic of this routing is unclear to me, there doesn't see to be fixed order/system how each voice are devided to different channels, can someone help with this. H.

3) MIDI: when using the plugin in the "chord via MIDI" mode, it seems that the (base) note you sing remains unchanged and via MIDI you can define (in certain limits) the harmony notes (up to 1+4) using the keyboard. This means that the singer has to hit the correct (base) note to create the intended harmony. I.e. if you target a clean harmony (and your singing skills are limited", better use e.g. Melodyne to adjust you vocal base line and then create harmonies with the HE Evo. Example: if you target A triad and give to the HE Evo C# and E via the MIDI, you have to sing the correct A root note to get what you intend.
So far I've learned this but there may be also other options. Does the HE Evo work with this principle or is there any way to correct also the sung base note in the live situations?

Harry
