Vst with a Solfège preset?

is there any vst out there that has a Solfège (do re mi ect)preset? assigned to the appropriate keys? so when you play a D in the key of G it will say sol?

What should it sing when the note is not in the major or minor key?

How difficult is it to make a small sample library for that purpose?
