Jacob, i have a problem in FL Studio 11.
I'm trying to upload a preset i made, it takes forever, and then, nothing happens.
I have to delete the plugin from the channel, and then FL gets frozen and i have to finish the whole process from task administrator.

Any idea?

I have no problem with Curve 2 CM, though.

Hey IrionDaRonin, was it you I wrote a mail to some hours ago, about an issue with Curve 2 CM?
That was yesterday, i was trying to upload a new preset for Curve CM 2, but i could do it today (if my memory is not failing at me)

But my real problem is with Waveshaper, it works perfect, but i can't upload presets, the sync bar gets stuck, at any moment, so i can't upload anything and then i have to close the whole FL Studio because it froze everything.

Ah, good it was you, so yesterday's issue which we fixed for Curve 2 CM might be related to the issue that you're having with WaveShaper CM now. I have to get some sleep now, but will write you an email tomorrow - we'll get that fixed then! And thanks a lot for sharing your presets! I can already see two presets from you in WaveShaper CM.

It is the same preset, only that i got problems uploading it, maybe it is the same.

How many presets do you have online from me in Curve 2 CM?
I think they should be at least 3.

The new update now also supports mono channels, so WaveShaper is not limited to stereo tracks any more. Enjoy!


Please note: If you're using Logic, you might need to select and rescan these plugins in Logic's Audio Units Manager.

I just went to the CM vault and downloaded again but it appears to still be the old version. The DLL says modified April 9. Is it not posted yet?

It's not in the CM vault yet, but you can click on "Check for Updates" in the bottom right corner in WaveShaper CM's main screen - this will open a website where you can download the latest version.

You have to download and install the version in CM vault.
And then, press in "Check for updates" in the GUI (down-right corner)

It will bring you to Cable guys site to download the last version.

I see...I'll have to wait till Thursday then when back in the office. That's the only place I have a Windows machine that touches the internet...no biggie I guess...

You should update the details to explain one's DAW has to go online/phone home to get updates as the "no copy protection" is misleading...

What has the ability to update the thing online to do with copy protection? And "phoning home" is usually a term used for something done secretely behind the users back to determine whether you are using a pirated copy or not. Both is not valid here.

My Windows machine does not touch the internet...only my Linux box. I tried loading it in LMMS just so I could get my update...didn't load...I almost built a VM in VirtualBox just to get the update. Forcing a person to put their DAW online makes no sense and is very much like activation as there is no offline option...even NI and Sony activation have offline options.
