Anyone else experienced this?

Old version used to resize/collapse right down whereas latest one doesn't..?

Post

Which host and which OS is that on your screenshots?

Post

energyxt2 on win xp though happens in Reaper4 too.

Post

Mhm, also doesn't change in Reaper 4 x64 on OSX when collapsing the modules.
Reaper user? Get my free JSFX plug-ins, also available via ReaPack extension.

I think this is most likely intentional. I believe Reaper handles it's windows in a different way to most VST hosts and causes problems with resizeable plugins (Image Line had similar issues with Harmor's resizeable display in Reaper and ended up removing the resizing).

I think TAL most likely removed the resizing option from Noizemaker to get round Reaper window issue.

Gee, where did you get that ancient version? The latest version is already years old if I am not mistaken :) I have never used that collapsible version. Looks cool, though, good for small displays...

Yep 2.00 collapses but 3.03 and higher stay like the one on the left.

Tested in FlStudio.

I am using Noisemaker a lot, but I never really noticed that it says Synth 1 and Synth 2 on those panels :D One might think it has a dual synth engine :D

As far as i can remember (used Noisemaker since pretty much when it was released...) it was always collapsible. :P

Edit: Latest version also collapses for me... just tried in VSTHost. Or am i missing something?

Uh well, nevermind... seems like i got that collapsible thing wrong. It's like the left one in the screenshots for me too of course.

LOL, I never noticed this since I always have at least some controls visible...
