Any special things to know when mixing a track that is going to be played in a club?

I never even heard any of my tracks on a big PA system, but next week i have opportunity to hand my track to a DJ at a friend's party, and i don't wanna miss it.

How do i make it ready to be played st a club, arrangment wise, (intro, outro, etc), and mixing wise?
I also not very good at mastering, and still haven't figured out how to get the "commercial" sound so is there even a chance my track will sound decent in a club PA?

Ok, but generally speaking? Do i have to get a certain loudness and stuff? And what about arranment, make it dj friendly?
