Like the title says, new update available to hopefully fix some terminal issues Windows users were having. A few Mac fixes in there as well. :)

Hoping this update addresses a lot of basic stability issues.
There's a lot to like about DP...

Hi all , any of you tested DP803 on win7 x64?
this is a wonderful DAW I've been using for 10 years on Mac and now moved to Windows.
I have a powerful machine, 8CPUs, 16Gb ram, 2 SSD and 1 HDD, but DP803 do not run smooth. only one empty MIDI Track takes to a heavy processing.
any of you tested it ?
Thanks a lot

thanks for your replay.
I'm already using the latest release 803 and I believe there will be a new update soon if my case is not the only one :-)

I tested the demo and promptly deleted it for these main reasons:
- No loop/sample browser to audition files before dropping them on a track
- DP8 can't automatically create new lanes when loop recording MIDI tracks.

What that has to do with the question asked I have no idea?
Your reasons are redundant to me anyway, the OS can sample browse, and many people don't want to make multiple takes of a single loop recording, just the one that's in time.

DP is not for you, why you chose to post in an update thread is beyond me?

"Clippings - floating pallets either song/project based or global that contain pretty much anything."

I think that ^^^ does the sample browsing.

8.04 out. Really wanting to like this, there are some features I want if they can get it stable in Windows.

They will get there. Windows version of DP has been a long time coming, they did not choose to do it lightly. But they are definitely breaking new ground and its completely understandable that there would be a few kinks to iron out.
