Any Novation SuperNova owners here?

I had a Supernova 2 rack years ago and currently have a NovaII keyboard which I get to play around with once in a while.

I did knock up instrument definition files for Cakewalk but I gave up using Sonar a few years ago. These made it so easy to use with Sonar.

I was watching a program about JM Jarre yesterday and saw that he was using a Supernova keyboard at one of his concerts.

I wished I'd seen the Jarre program. I'm a huge fan.

Not surprised he's using a Supernova. I'm very impressed with the Supernova rack. I managed to get mine very cheap on ebay and the sounds it makes is amazing.

The only negative is that the reverb sounds a little ringy. Everything else sounds amazing on it.

It was a French documentary, with subtitles fortunately, quite intersting.

Mine is playing in the other room as we speak!

For me, I have to turn the Hardness all the way down on the oscillators and start from there, adding to taste. Also, I have been routing a maxed out Emu Command Station through the audio in for the 3rd oscillator - adds a million new waveforms to the sound. Will try my Matrix 6r next, and add some real analogue bottom.

The Supernova is fun to tweak, i do miss the sound. Yay Ozrics
