Can someone teach me how to do it on sylenth? Or just giving me the preset name (if it exists)

Sorry to resurrect this thread from the grave, I was desperately trying to find an answer to the same question, so I just ended up hacking at it until I came up with something similar.

I made this in Massive, but if you like the sound, I can dissect it for you and try to show you how I made it. It's not perfect, but it's getting there (I just threw in a random kick)
