Sample Collection Organization

So over the years I have amassed a large sample collection. What are the most popular/best tools out there to catalog/tag those samples so I can sort thru them easier to find what I need? Sometimes even to find a sample to start my mangle with takes me quite a bit and I would like to speed the process up if possible

thanks I will check those out. Hypercube seems to no longer be around a shame it looked quite nice
