I don't like to disappoint you, but it doesn't sound like a church organ at all; it's very synth like, and it sounds almost like Wendy Carlos. One very obvious giveaway is the attack, which is fast and spiky, almost bell-like, and the sustained phase also sounds synthy, short-loop like. I'm afraid this won't be of much interest to organ players.

Oh no, your opinion is very important to me. Now I've got three responses (2 here and 1 PM); "it sounds synth like", the PM says he agree with you and according with EvilDragon is "plucky".
There are two organs "types" in the demos (1 and 3 is playing as "tutti" and 2 is just a "soft pipe"), I wonder if your comments apply to both patches.
EDIT: concerning the short loop impression, this is strange and kinda puzzle me because the samples are about 6-8 seconds long recorded at 96K 24bit. The loops are very long, and I think that in the examples above there are no examples of the loop points. I must admit that I'm confused.

The sound is reminiscent of the organ sound in romplers. Perhaps that's what trigger the association with a short loop.
What did you actually sample? And how? Did you process the samples afterwards?
About the attack: did you cut a lot from the front of the samples? Do you apply an envelope in Kontakt?

Nope, but I think that envelopes are not enough if doesn't sound like an organ at all...Do you apply an envelope in Kontakt?

It has a church organ-like timbre, just the envelope of the sound is not organ-like. At least not like any church organ I've played (I've played a few

You know, to be honest I think there is no fast attack at all. Simply there cannot be a fast attack because the samples do not have any fast attack.
Also there can not be a short loop feeling because there are no short loops.
As I said before I'm perplexed, but I have to trust my ears. I appreciate your opinions but they are based on wrong assumptions (no fast attack on the original samples and no short loops), so it's not a cheeky question. I'm also thinking that the low MP3 quality maybe is changing the overall sound a bit but I firmly believe that the instrument sounds quite good for a church organ for general use and it's far away from not sounding like a church organ at all.

Sorry, but have to agree, there's a distinct artificial sound here.
The staccato notes ring and almost sound like a harpsichord instead of a pipe organ.
Second, it sounds like the notes were miked rather close. A church organ is always in a room with a good bit of reverb. I know the user of the samples can add their own reverb, but without it the examples don't really sound like a church organ. I get the Wendy Carlos Williams feel with these examples, too.
The midi you used may be part of the problem. I'd slow the playback down and add some reverb and see how it sounds. But those staccato notes ring very un-organ like.

since organ pipes generate quite primitive sound waves it all depends on the convolution reverb to simulate church acoustics.
you should really put out your organ demotracks with a churchlike convolution reverb.
