The 'Video Vst Beta', gone and lost?

I'm looking for a thread on KVR by a lad who had ab beta of a VST that would sync video to a host and man, I can't find it.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

the beta was by image line you can find info on their sire or write the guy who runs it.
