How do you vertically zoom?

Zooming seems to be very UN-intuitive.

Also there isnt anything in the manual telling me how to vertically zoom.

This is in Edit View. You just click on a clip and then use SHIFT TAB


This is in Arrange View. I have dragged the automation lane down by dragging under the Track Headers.
